ABOUT

Uit Het Gareel is an on- and offline initiative that offers young and promising artists a place to showcase themselves and their work in different venues all over the Hague. The very first festival was organized in May 2018, and in September 2019 Stichting Uit Het Gareel was founded. The two main goals of Stichting Uit Het Gareel are to create a platform for young artists to showcase their work. To introduce people to the interesting world of art in an approachable way. These goals lay the foundation for several events, such as Uit Het Gareel Festival, Uit Het Gareel Art Market, exhibitions, collaborations, and assignments. An important part of our events is the easy-going contact between visitors and artists. This mix of a relaxed atmosphere, young and promising artists, local dj’s and bands make our events and art approachable for everyone!
